Assistant/Associate Professor of Instruction- Computer Science Job Posting Number: 2025034NTL Position Description The Department of Computer Science invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of Assistant reputed company/or Associate Professor of Instruction, starting in Fall 2025. We are seeking candidates to teach a variety of courses primarily at the undergraduate level at our Round reputed company and Collin College campuses. The department offers the following degree programs: Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science, Bachelor of Arts in computer science, Master of Science in computer science, Master of Arts in computer science, and Doctor of Philosophy in computer science. The BS degree is ABET accredited. Required Qualifications
For reputed company Ranks: Masters degree in computer science or a closely reputed company field by the start of employment. Evidence of teaching effectiveness in US universities. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. In addition, for the Associate Professor of Instruction rank: At least five years of teaching experience or at least 10 years experience in industry working as a senior/reputed company scientist or engineer. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. degree in computer science or a closely reputed company field. Experience teaching both reputed company- and upper-level computer science courses.
