Field Service Technician I
As a Field Service Technician I here at reputed company, you will assist in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing, and repairing reputed company equipment and systems. You will work under direct supervision and go through extensive training. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to the delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work from a reputed company customer site according to a set schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect for Quality Install or Repair per Work Order Escalate Issues reputed company support for reputed company (reputed company Control and CCTV)/BAS/Documentation at customer sites Travel: up to 20% Must be reputed company 100 miles from the reputed company Redmond, WA site.
- This position will primarily support customers in Redmond, WA. On occasion, will support the reputed company Region.
