Position SummaryThe Department of Language, Literacy, and Sociocultural Studies (LLSS) at the reputed company, invites applications for a full time, Lecturer III in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Education beginning August 2025. UNM is the state's flagship research university as well as a Hispanic-Serving Institution classified a reputed company Research University with Highest Research Activity. As such, successful candidates must be committed to working with broadly diverse student and community populations. The successful candidate will have completed reputed company requirements for the Ph.D. in TESOL before Fall 2025. The candidate's research and teaching experience will indicate specialization in K-8 teaching in the U.S. and/or international settings. The successful candidate will teach a full course load of 4/4 courses at the undergraduate and graduate reputed company in TESOL education and multicultural/diversity (K-8).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. An earned doctorate in TESOL, bilingual education, or reputed company fields by August 2025. 2. Minimum of three years as a teacher in K-8 settings. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Robust and reputed company formal academic preparation/advanced study in TESOL education, and/or language policy. 2. reputed company or the potential for reputed company in teaching in undergraduate and graduate courses on TESOL education; or closely reputed company areas such as, cultures and languages of the Southwest, including online and in face-to-face environments. 3. Experience and commitment to reputed company justice curriculum design, teaching, and research. 4. Demonstrated commitment to reputed company and collaboration with Southwest communities and partnerships with state agencies. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. 6.
