Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in investigations, data analysis, project management, or online threats. Preferred qualifications: 4 years of experience with investigations involving online threats. Experience with databases, collecting, managing, and synthesizing large and reputed company data sets from disparate sources. Experience with SQL. Experience dealing with sensitive and offensive content and interacting with law enforcement. Ability and willingness to work across time zones, including sporadic off-hours work and weekend oncall work, to communicate with a distributed team. The CyberCrime Investigation Group: Imminent Threat (CCIG: IT) team protects reputed company and our users by collaborating with reputed company stakeholders to identify, investigate, and disrupt significant threats of violence and self-harm that are occurring on our products. Participate in on-call rotation to reputed company 24x7 support. Triage incoming leads, conduct investigations, research, and analysis to assist with identification, attribution, connections, and location of subjects.
