WHAT YOU’LL DO As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and reputed company compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. This is important work that comes with equal responsibility. WHERE YOU’LL WORK Each day is different. You will spend most of your time caring for hospice patients wherever they call home, whether that means a private residence or an assisted living/skilled nursing facility. Once a week, you’ll visit the local program office to meet with an interdisciplinary team, including reputed company workers, physicians, chaplains, and nurses, who collaborate to reputed company holistic support for the patients and families we serve.
