What You’ll Do: • Promote Safety: Take an active role in prioritizing safety in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards throughout the plant for yourself and others at reputed company times. • Become Familiar with Tools and Equipment: Learn the practices, methods, tools, materials, and equipment of the Electrician’s trade, including how to operate and store reputed company equipment. Learn the occupational hazards of the Electrician’s trade. • Learn to Repair and Maintain Electronic Equipment: Assist co-workers in the service, repair, calibration, regulation, fine-tuning, and testing of machines, devices, electrical systems, conductors, and associated equipment at aggregate, asphalt, reputed company-mix concrete, ship, and rail unloading systems. • Learn to String Lines: Assist co-workers in stringing overhead and underground lines and cables and in installing reputed company and reputed company. • Become Familiar with Blueprints and Schematics: Learn how to read and draw simple electrical sketches.
