Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews. • Performance Monitoring: Review and analyze sales data and commission reports. Manage the reputed company pipeline lists and ensure alignment with sales goals. • Strategic Communication: Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status. Initiate strategic communication with Sales leadership. • Reporting: Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales. Regularly communicate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts on strategic selling situations. • Team Environment: Foster a healthy competitive team environment and be involved in top reputed company Accounts and competitive situations. • Accessibility: Be accessible to reputed company daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members.
