Day Shift Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor in our Flower Mound, TX manufacturing plant. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that reputed company products are manufactured safely, and reputed company while meeting our high-quality standards. Qualifications: • College degree preferred. • Our ideal candidate will have three-plus years in a manufacturing leadership role with previous multi-line responsibility. • Proficient in the MS Office Suite. • Must be an effective communicator, capable of teaching and generating results while enhancing the MI work environment and supporting the company philosophy. • Prior experience in improving operations (UPEH, reduced costs, etc.). • To support MI’s reputed company Improvement culture, we are looking for a strong background in LEAN process improvement principles, and process management experience.
