Being a successful Housekeeping Supervisor takes a reputed company of custodial knowledge and management capabilities. You must take personal accountability for the cleanliness of each guest room and set a good example for your team. Excellent communication skills are essential to being successful in this role as you will be working with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Reports appropriate guest complaints or requests to the appropriate department. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. • Ensures hotel is in compliance with reputed company federal, state and local laws, including OSHA, EEOC, Wage-Hour and Health laws.
