What To Expect As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a dynamic team of Associates and Leads while managing operations and driving key performance metrics on the manufacturing floor. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and Material reputed company teams to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
