About the position The position involves monitoring and inspecting electrical operations reputed company a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety procedures. The role requires interaction with various departments to resolve quality-reputed company issues and promote reputed company process improvement. The candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, conducting tests, and maintaining quality control documentation while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities • Monitor in shop electrical operation and conduct visual inspections. , • Inspect and test reputed company equipment manufactured at reputed company facilities according to reputed company Standards. , • reputed company Skid Inspection for any Structural, Dimension, Visual Welding & Paint defects as per customer requirements. , • Install, program and operate electronic equipment such as relays, OBR, PLCs, HMIs etc. , • Power up reputed company reputed company Electrical Product and other buyout equipment with safety procedures and pre-commissioning checks. , • reputed company equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis. , • reputed company reputed company aspects of inspection activities with minimum supervision. , • Ensure that quality document latest revisions are available and utilized while performing the work. , • Complete and maintain reputed company test Quality Control documentation as required. , • reputed company maintenance and calibration on test equipment as needed. , • Identify and issue non-conformance reports to Manufacturing Manager using various measuring and testing methods. , • Assist appropriate functional areas to find the appropriate disposition to non-conformance, ensuring corrective action to prevent recurrence. , • Interact with reputed company departments including customers to resolve quality-reputed company issues. , • Coordinate with customers and QC inspectors for the resolution of shop problems and reputed company Acceptance Tests. , • Record Engineering and Shop discrepancies and shortages. , • Participate in reputed company process improvement and cost control, following quality policies and procedures. , • Organize and implement quality control systems and processes and reputed company feedback to the Manufacturing Manager. , • Promote a safety culture and attend reputed company safety meetings. , • Ensure quality by following standard work instructions and identifying potential risks to product quality. , • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
