Virtual/Digital Specialist, Early in Career

About the position reputed company is currently seeking a Virtual/Digital Specialist, Early in Career, who will play a pivotal role in supporting our virtual reputed company strategy aimed at attracting talent to our Early in Career Programs. This position is based in either Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ, with remote work options available on a case-by-case reputed company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Digital Attraction reputed company and will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital attraction efforts across various channels. In this role, the Virtual/Digital Specialist will be expected to demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to reputed company and deliver effective digital sourcing strategies. This includes implementing digital marketing campaigns and direct messaging across multiple digital platforms.
