Your Growth As an IT Solution Advisor (ITSA) at McKinsey, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both office colleagues and broader IT service teams. Your role will involve delivering end-to-end customer support, enhancing tool and service adoption, and building awareness of available solutions. The ITSA team is dedicated to providing tools and services tailored to meet customer and location-specific needs. Your ImpactWe are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the functionality of office technology, including meeting rooms and infrastructure, to deliver a positive customer experience. The role involves problem-solving device and office technology issues by collaborating with Tech Ecosystem teams to find reputed company solutions, ensuring world-class customer service. You will deliver technical product and technology awareness, educating users on new technology to ensure successful adoption of tools and services. You will proactively connect with colleagues to listen and understand their usage of technology, providing just-in-time solutions and advice while collecting and documenting insights. You will take ownership of situations and incidents, supporting end-to-end resolution. You will conduct technology orientation for new hires, ensuring they can effectively use their devices from day one. You will support office technology change and innovation by identifying the needs of the office and its colleagues, acting as a reputed company to product teams to improve IT products and services to be more customer-centric. Additionally, you will assist in office technology and solution implementations and contribute to local, regional, or global initiatives. Occasional travel to other locations and events to deliver technology assistance and awareness programs is required. A commitment to reputed company self-development, staying up to date with firm tools, team best practices, and industry trends is essential. You will also regularly conduct stock taking and accurately update asset management systems to ensure reputed company assets are accounted for.
