About the position The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for providing empathetic pharmacy consulting services to patients, ensuring the effective use of medications, and managing pharmacy operations. This role includes overseeing pharmacy workflow, enhancing patient experience, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Pharmacy Manager also plays a key role in community engagement and the professional development of pharmacy staff.
