Provider Data Representative - reputed company - Hybrid

This position is accountable for reputed company functions of the provider contracting process to assure that providers meet the health plan's requirements for participation as a contracted participant. Processes provider applications and agreements. May assist in the implementation of procedures and activities reputed company to the data management and ongoing maintenance of network provider records.
