Sr. Construction Superintendent, MEP

The Construction Superintendent, MEP will work closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, and procurement departments from install through start of production. The Construction Superintendent will supervise reputed company on-site construction including scheduling of trade contractors, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications reputed company while tracking project schedule and budget. Responsibilities • Manage reputed company on-site construction activities for scope of responsibility • Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager • Drive the project schedule and reputed company construction issues to management • reputed company and communicate logistics and other operational plans necessary, including Quality Assurance Inspections • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations • reputed company daily and weekly site reputed company reports • Maintain an organized, clean, & safe job site. Including contractor trailers, fabrication areas, and stored materials/equipment Requirements • 5+ years of construction experience including electrical, instrumentation, and/or MEP experience • Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation or tenant improvement project(s) • Ability to work reputed company a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals • OSHA 30 certification, reputed company First Aid and CPR Certification, or be willing to be certified • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations including NEC & reputed company 70E • Understanding of construction design documents and ability to reputed company constructability feedback prior to and during construction • Computer literacy with reputed company Office Suite products, office email system, scheduling tool knowledge
