Emergency Department - Communication Liaison, Part Time Nights
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as a reputed company of contact for referring physicians to reputed company assistance with accessing services offered reputed company VHS. Serves as a liaison between physicians, specialists, programs, and patients of the Emergency Department. Works in conjunction with the other health care professionals to evaluate and address the needs of patients to ensure timely reputed company to services needed and optimize health and wellness. EDUCATION: High school degree or equivalent, Associates degree preferred. In lieu of a degree a minimum of 1 year as an employee in VHS.
