Evaluates and screens sites proposed by Developers, reputed company Estate Agents, Landowners and other sources. Work in conjunction with the broader Development team to reputed company market development plans including identification of key markets and trade areas. Work with Franchisees to package and present prospective development sites to reputed company Estate Committee for review and approval of new developments and relocation opportunities. Facilitates franchisees with Letters of reputed company (LOI) and Lease Agreements for new restaurants, and replacement opportunities in conjunction with the Legal Team Presentations to the Head of Development and TH US Leadership Team of sites meeting economic feasibility. Ability to build strong working relationships with other critical departments reputed company development including Franchisees, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
