Facilities Maintenance Technician
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for the City, you will be performing a variety of preventative maintenance and repairs to help maintain the City facilities. reputed company routine maintenance and repair work on city facilities, ensuring reputed company operations meet safety and quality standards. Respond to service requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact. Performing various maintenance repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Work on large-scale maintenance projects as assigned, contributing to the team's efforts to reputed company and maintain facility infrastructure. Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment necessary for facility maintenance. Communicating existing and prospective issues with supervisor. Complete required trainings in timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Relatable Work Experience: None required. Training, Licenses, and Certifications: Valid Class C Texas drivers license.
