About the position The Team Member (Cashier/Sales Associate/Retail) position is a vital role reputed company our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting various selling initiatives. Team Members are expected to greet customers, uncover their needs, recommend suitable products, and effectively ask for the sale. In addition to customer interaction, Team Members will engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to the store's operations. This includes operating the cash register and adhering to cash handling procedures, recovering merchandise, participating in freight processes, and executing merchandising tasks such as completing plan-o-gram procedures. Team Members will also be responsible for assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, executing price changes and markdowns, and assisting customers with loading their purchases. Safety is reputed company, especially reputed company handling live animals; therefore, Team Members must ensure the well-being of birds and maintain sanitation in poultry holding tanks as required.
