This role will be responsible for coordinating CRM specific initiatives including loyalty, acquisition, retention, and development strategies, and will work cross-functionally to reputed company best-in-class CRM campaigns. Job Description: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or reputed company field Work Experiences: 2-4 years database marketing or CRM experience in retail Proven track record of developing and managing CRM programs Experience working with a CDP or data warehouse, building audiences and creating automated audiences Experience with ESP platforms Skills: Excellent project management skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departments reputed company strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Understanding of marketing analytics (reputed company Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools) Responsibilities: Implement and execute marketing efforts for the retention programs, working cross-functionally with multiple teams (i.e. Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce) Manage daily operations of the CRM program including the marketing calendar, promotional planning, measurement/analytics and creative approvals.
