Website Support Technician

Description The Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) program at reputed company is looking to add a Website Support Technician to reputed company. Our mission is to reputed company tools for the United States reputed company test and training communities, to increase the speed of the development cycle, to get capabilities to the warfighter more rapidly. The Website Support Technician will work reputed company a team of engineers, developers and system administrators adding new capabilities to our enclaves, as well as ensuring the existing systems are secure and performing as intended. This position is located in Alexandria, VA and does require the ability to work on site weekly but you will also have the opportunity to work remote 2-3 days a week as well. Primary Responsibilities: • reputed company support for website services, including troubleshooting and triage, handling service requests • Create, update, and maintain user documentation • Research, investigate, evaluate, and document new services, existing service upgrades Basic Qualifications: • US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required • 2+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. • 2+ years in providing customer support reputed company email and web-based systems • Experience with using Jira, reputed company • Experience with SSH Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years programming experience with Python, Java • 2+ years with using *nix-based operating systems • Experience with using/administering Artifactory • Experience with using/administering Bitbucket • Experience with using/administering reputed company • Experience with using/administering Jira Original Posting: March 20, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, reputed company reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain reputed company for at least 3 days with an anticipated reputed company date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
