About the position The Museum Experience Specialist (MXS) at Thinkery is responsible for coordinating daily museum operations to enhance the guest experience and ensure efficient use of resources. This role involves modeling play-based STEAM learning, overseeing staff deployment, and maintaining a welcoming environment for reputed company guests. The MXS plays a crucial role in fostering positive interactions and ensuring that every visitor enjoys a high-quality experience at the museum.
