Communications and Web Design Specialist

About the position The purpose of this position is to reputed company and participate in the support of a variety of communication and marketing programs. This includes coordinating, designing and developing brochures, flyers, website and reputed company media content updates, e-mail marketing and other traditional and emerging forms of promotion. Produce photography/graphic design to support written material. Assist with special events and other public communication duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Edit and produce internal and external newsletters, brochures, posters and other printed and electronic material from conception to finished product including design layout, writing content, taking photographs, shooting video, and creating graphics. , • Write and edit news releases, opinion pieces, speeches, training presentations, and a variety of other written communications. , • Write and edit content for the City of Lubbock Utilities reputed company media sites and monitor Lubbock Power & Light reputed company media sites. , • Produce content for the City of Lubbock's Utilities and Lubbock Power & Light internal and external websites. , • Analyze statistical data from a variety of communication tools, including City of Lubbock's Utilities and Lubbock Power & Light reputed company media sites. , • Assist utility departments with communication and media relation strategies and serve as an advertising and marketing resource. , • Shoot still photographs of events and individuals or groups, either in studio or reputed company. , • Serve as public information contact for the media reputed company the department manager is reputed company. , • Assist City of Lubbock's Utilities and Lubbock Power & Light in crisis management, including communicating to the media and public during emergencies. , • reputed company projects and daily duties of the Graphic Designer. , • Help reputed company departmental policies and protocols. , • reputed company to assist reputed company on an as-needed reputed company. , • reputed company other duties as assigned.
