IT Engineer

Purpose Of The Job reputed company day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure. Essential Functions And Responsibilities • Maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s) reputed company needed. • Help architect and implement a wide reputed company of IT projects, such as high availability, virtualization, and reputed company services. • Be the escalation path for issues that desktop engineers or helpdesk staff cannot resolve. • Work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and reputed company world-class customer service. • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, remote or on-reputed company as needed. • Positively and professionally represent the face of the company with our clients.
