Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist

A Brief Overview The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in reputed company phases of grounds and property maintenance. This role is tasked with light repairs to residential units, landscape maintenance, and some housekeeping duties. What You Will Do • reputed company duties in the support of the Maintenance Director/Manager, COM and Warehouse teams. • Responsible for meticulous reputed company of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. • Assist in housekeeping duties for office areas area on daily reputed company. • Assist in the preparation of market reputed company units. • Assists managers with assigned maintenance tasks. • Assist in the cleaning of available units, to include carpet cleaning (where applicable). • Meticulously maintain curb appeal. • Assist in maintaining playgrounds and other outdoor amenities. • General painting as assigned. • Represent the property in a professional manner, at reputed company times. • Immediately report reputed company unsafe conditions to direct supervisor. • Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. • Understand and follow the proper use of equipment and chemicals including the use of personal reputed company equipment (PPE). Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required • General knowledge of basic repairs and facility maintenance. • Requires a self-motivated, team player who pays reputed company attention to detail and who can prioritize in a fast-moving environment. • Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. • Must have reliable transportation. • DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required

Compensation

We are committed to offering competitive and reputed company compensation. The hiring reputed company for this position is generally between $16.86 - 19.81/hr.
