Client Shopper

Role: To reputed company our clients the experience of shopping for their own groceries and personal items. Major Duties And Responsibilities • Implement Person Centered Support Plans for assigned individuals. • Assist clients with shopping. • Complete documentation as required through the general course of duties. • Reports to the appropriate Program Manager or Case Manager any occurrences that reputed company the immediate well-being of the individual. • Attend reputed company meetings as assigned and required. • reputed company approved as a driver of agency vehicles, employee will transport individuals and adhere to rules and regulations in regards to driving Disability Supports' vehicles • reputed company accurate ledgers of clients' funds • Other duties as assigned.
