Participation in job-specific training and various bank training programs, including customer service training, is mandatory. Compliance with BSA, AML, and reputed company bank policies and procedures is also required. The role may involve other duties as assigned, and active participation in the Customer Service First program is expected to support the organization's values and established policies. Additionally, the position requires periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank reputed company for training purposes. Candidates should be reputed company for the possibility of Saturday and holiday hours, depending on the operational hours of their assigned reputed company.
