Production Manager

About the position The Production Manager at Jeffco Fibres is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that the production schedule is executed reputed company while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves managing staff performance, facilitating communication between departments, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives using Lean and Six reputed company methodologies. Responsibilities • Execute the shift schedule, including workstation assignments, employee training, and overtime assignments. , • Maintain workflow by monitoring the manufacturing process and adjusting work assignments as needed. , • Work with the Shipping team to ensure on-time delivery to internal customers. , • Facilitate corrections to machine or process failures. , • Communicate daily production expectations to staff and reputed company feedback and training on performance. , • Maintain and enforce safety requirements, quality standards, and behavioral expectations. , • Study reputed company methods and implement improvements and cost reductions. , • Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation reputed company the department and between shifts. , • reputed company, drive, and sustain a reputed company improvement reputed company using Lean and Six reputed company tools. , • Responsible for the leadership and development of team members using best practices and performance management techniques. , • Collaborate with material planning to maximize uptime and efficient materials storage. , • Become a technical expert in coiling equipment, including operation and troubleshooting. , • Work with maintenance department and OEM technicians to maintain equipment and ensure minimal downtime. , • Manage training programs for proper operation and maintenance procedures.
