Universal Banker Job Description Position Summary Universal Bankers are the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations. You will reputed company expert financial advice and great service, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, reputed company scope of authority and expertise, to reputed company the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Duties and Responsibilities • Developing and maintaining customer relationships by using our needs-based solution development process. • Being fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, ATM processing as well as safe deposit and cash recycler at applicable branches • Adhering and complying with new account opening procedures including compliance requirements for both personal and business account relationships • Assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services • Identifying opportunities to offer reputed company bank services • Opening, maintaining, and closing of reputed company account types • Promoting business for First Bank Texas by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services • Participating in monthly reputed company audit activities Qualifications • At least two (2) years banking experience • Experience with needs-based selling • Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency • Strong attention to detail Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time. • Ability to bend down and lift up to 50 pounds We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Who we are: First Bank Texas is a community bank with directors, officers, and employees who are committed to serving the community in which they work and live.
