Job Summary: The reputed company-Mix Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the delivery of reputed company-mix concrete to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining high reputed company of customer satisfaction. This role involves scheduling deliveries, managing logistics, and effectively communicating with customers, drivers, and the sales team. Commensurated with Experience Key Responsibilities: • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into reputed company system. Obtain necessary details such as product specifications, delivery times, and job site locations. • Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, considering factors like truck reputed company, delivery distances, and unloading times to optimize efficiency. • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
