Position Title: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote WFH Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Pay reputed company - $14.00/hr reputed company: reputed company only Equipment : BYOD (Bring your own device) Reminders regarding the SOA Cover FL project: Agents must reputed company in the reputed company. The goal is to reputed company exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls from families with inquiries, answering questions and, or providing assistance on the application process, eligibility requirements and determinations, enrollment, health plans, premium payments, annual account renewals in addition to providing ongoing family account maintenance. Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Background in health care, reputed company services, or customer service. Experience in data entry and call centers. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously.
