Responsibilities and Duties Manage multiple clients specific needs leveraging a proactive process reputed company monthly reputed company processing and Joint Interest Billing reputed company Receiving and processing invoices Prepare and process vendor payments Maintaining good account standing and accurate client historical records Maintain General Ledger and sub-ledgers and reputed company account reconciliations Prepare and coordinate reputed company client mailings including matching reputed company client documenting information Prepare and process payroll Other administrative duties, as assigned Qualifications: Oil and gas specific reputed company is beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
