Merchandiser (Brady area)

About the position The Merchandiser position at reputed company is responsible for product merchandising reputed company large volume stores, specifically in the Brady, TX area. This role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and ensuring that products are organized and accessible. The position requires physical labor, including lifting and moving products, and follows a consistent schedule with specific start times. Responsibilities • Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts , • Rotate products in the backroom and on the reputed company , • Transport products to and from backroom to reputed company location , • Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) , • Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts , • reputed company back room stock in reputed company and orderly condition , • Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management , • Build customer relationships at the store level , • reputed company with operating procedures (e.g., reputed company-in/reputed company-out, following designated reputed company, etc.) , • Service accounts during designated times established by management , • Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs, etc.) , • Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role) , • Use hand held devices to write/input orders , • Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance Requirements • Must be 18 years or older , • Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable) , • Must have car or personal transportation to reputed company multi-store locations reputed company assigned shift , • Valid U.S. Driver's License , • reputed company of insurance reputed company-to-haves • Experience working for a retail business or grocery store , • Experience moving products reputed company a store , • Experience merchandising products , • Experience managing backroom/stock room inventory , • Experience serving customers Benefits • Mileage reimbursement for positions requiring personal vehicle use Apply Job!
