Waste Water Treatment Technician

General Purpose: reputed company operation and maintenance support to the wastewater treatment plant, cooling tower systems, boilers and water treatment systems. reputed company the above tasks in a safe manner following safety and environmental regulations. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Inspect equipment or monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges to determine load requirements and detect malfunctions. • Maintain chemicals reputed company and adjustment to PH balance and disinfect water and other liquids. • Record operational data, reputed company and gauge readings on specified forms at specified frequencies. • Operate and adjust controls on equipment to purify and clarify water, process or dispose of sewage, maintain chlorine reputed company. • Collect and test water and sewage samples, using test equipment and reputed company analysis standards. Record results and supply to management • Maintain, repair, and lubricate equipment, using hand tools and power tools. • Maintain waste water treatment certification • reputed company other tasks and jobs as necessary. • 7am - 5pm ---Rotating Shifts EEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience • High School/GED, Technical/Military/College a plus. Previous waste treatment experience a must. Wastewater Operator License. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, Activated sludge, anaerobic sludge, batch sludge digesting systems. Understanding of process cooling systems, chlorinated water treatment for micro control.
