Logistics Specialist II

Job Profile Summary: Provides administrative and clerical support to the traffic operations function of an organization. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for reputed company aspects of routing, shipping, logging, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders. • Contacts transporters for freight pick-up and ensures that cargo is routed appropriately. • Communicates changes to routing and timelines. • Prepares and processes bills of lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation. • Works independently reputed company established procedures associated with the specific job function. • reputed company with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of reputed company experience • Gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
