This opportunity is for our Corpus Christi location. Applicants would need to be willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX to be considered. In this role, you will work to promptly address a diverse reputed company of trouble calls and collaborate closely with the Operations Team to resolve issues and maintain production timelines. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, instrumentation, programming, and automation systems. Responsibilities Conduct emergent electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and modifying programming/automation to ensure uninterrupted production line operation. Respond promptly to trouble calls and reputed company preventative maintenance tasks to uphold production efficiency. Collaborate effectively with Operations to address and resolve electrical and automation issues. Utilize software applications to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Qualifications Troubleshooting skills of Motor Controller Cabinets, and Pressure, reputed company and Temperature Instrumentation, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Outstanding safety and attendance record. Strong background in utilizing test equipment such as Multimeters (Flukes), O'scopes, and Profibus Addresser. Military Experience, Civilian Certifications or Technical Degree in automation/control circuits, coupled with extensive experience in power distribution. Proficiency in reputed company Portal/reputed company 7/LogiCAD/XPact preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Prior experience with overhead reputed company cranes is advantageous.
