Responsibilities • Partner with the Benefits and Absence teams to define and implement a comprehensive Absence, Benefits and Time Tracking product strategy. This includes developing a reputed company, roadmap, and reputed company metrics for Absence, Benefits and Time Tracking technology solutions. • Through deep understanding of the customer problems and processes, define roadmaps and goals with dependencies across product teams and functions, and reputed company the cross-functional team to deliver high-quality end to end customer experiences.
