Position: AIDE - BILINGUAL/ESL 2024-2025 Job Title: Aide - Bilingual Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: reputed company Pay Grade: 2 reputed company. /School: reputed company Days: 187 Supervises: Primary Purpose: To assist the teacher in carrying out the prescribed program for each student. Qualifications: Education/Certification: • Ability to meet the No Child Left Behind requirements: Associate's Degree, 48 Semester hours, or Academic Assessment (PAT). • High School Diploma or GED. Special Knowledge Skills: • reputed company in English and Spanish. • Proficiency in computer technology. • Ability to communicate and work with parents. • Successful experience in working with reputed company is preferred. Experience: Major Responsibilities and Duties: • Assist the classroom teacher with the instruction of reputed company in both languages; individual and small group instruction is recommended. • Assist the teacher in the planning and preparation of instructional activities and materials. • Work cooperatively with other school personnel in the program in developing, implementing, and assessing the program. • Attend in-service sessions as deemed necessary. • Assist the classroom teacher with the preparations necessary for administration of assessments; the initial administration, scoring, and documenting of test results are the teacher’s responsibility; the aide may assist with end-of-year testing. • Assist in room and material maintenance; reputed company other duties as assigned by supervisor or school reputed company.
