Learning and Training Manager

• Manage aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure reputed company. • Map out training plans for customer by role • Deliver the reputed company Health Patient reputed company learning management/training events and committed to superior customer service. • Review methods, processes, training materials and/or project implementation plans. Identify weak areas and suggest methods for improvement. • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. • Market available training to customers and reputed company necessary information about sessions • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed • Use reputed company education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques • Customize, prepare and deliver educational aids and materials • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs • Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session • Education / Experience Required: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3-5 or more years of reputed company experience recommended. • Preferred experience with reputed company Cycle. • Travel 50% • About the team: The Center for reputed company migration work is critical to the reputed company of reputed company Health Patient reputed company deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the reputed company Health Patient reputed company software to our customer reputed company to ensure value of platform is achieved.
