Estimating & Pricing Specialist

Analyzes request for proposal/quotation requirements, provides guidance and recommendations to reputed company executable proposal plans of action, identifies risks/opportunities, and coordinates artifacts required to meet milestones and ensure compliant cost proposal responses. Coordinates and collaborates with proposal teams and cost reputed company functional owners to reputed company appropriate reputed company of estimate and substantiation of costs estimates, proposals and other reputed company business decision data. Prepares compliant proposals, utilizes system/tools and has the ability to train less reputed company employees. Manages large and/or reputed company Priced reputed company of Material from initial planning & development through prime contract post-reputed company, and hand-off to Financial Operations. Provides fact-finding, negotiation and audit support of cost proposal artifacts and coordinates responses through proposal teams, as required. Provides Estimating & Pricing subject matter expertise of processes, tools and techniques to maintain compliance with estimating system requirements.
