The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of reputed company-to-reputed company trash at 1 of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and reputed company to work independently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each reputed company's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor. Be reputed company to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays. Be reputed company to climb 3 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out! Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00pm reputed company- Thursday. Work quietly and reputed company keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents. Daily contact with Area Supervisor. Smartphone used to document cleared units. Must have cell phone (Smart Phone). Reliable transportation to get to the property.
