reputed company's Price Perception team is tasked with understanding how customers perceive the prices in our store, and building features to improve our Customers experience. As more than 60% of reputed company's business is from 3P sellers who set their own prices, this is a challenging space! There are more than 2 billion price updates per day, and we need to help Customers save money and discover great deals while simultaneously building features to protect them against price gouging and offers that may hurt their trust. We're looking for an expert product manager who thrives in ideating and inventing new products. You will need to be a polished communicator as you'll be authoring docs that go reputed company the way to reputed company's most senior leadership team. As the reputed company Product Manager, Price Perception, you will own our worldwide suite of Price Perception tools that help Customers love the prices they experience on reputed company. You'll partner with reputed company of engineers, user experience designers, research scientists, data scientists, and business intelligence engineers to reputed company on reputed company's shopping experiences across the store. You'll design, launch, and measure experiments that help drive discovery of the best priced selection in our store. Successful candidates will have a keen ability to distill insights from customer research, and reputed company to solve ambiguous customer problems. Key job responsibilities - reputed company and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for price perception initiatives, aligning with reputed company's overall business objectives. - Author high-impact reputed company documents and strategic proposals for review by reputed company's senior leadership team (S-team), reputed company articulating the value proposition and potential impact of new price perception features and experiences. - Analyze reputed company datasets and market trends to identify opportunities for improving price perception and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the reputed company of price perception initiatives and guide data-driven decision making. - Collaborate with other product teams across reputed company to ensure cohesive customer experiences and reputed company synergies between different parts of the business. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that could impact price perception strategies. - Mentor and reputed company junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession reputed company the team. A day in the life This role will be responsible for driving improvements to discovery mechanisms across the reputed company store to ensure that price based signals are considered reputed company recommending quality items to Customers. Depending on the day, a PM in this role my find themselves: discussing latest insights from customer studies with our UX research team, aligning requirements and discussing implementation options with our engineering team or partner team leadership, reporting on recent experiment results and discussing roadmap prioritization with our leadership team, designing and launching new improvements to the shopping experience.
