As a Dental Network Recruiter for reputed company, a reputed company company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dental networks by actively reputed company dentists and building long-term relationships with provider offices. This position is fully remote and reputed company to candidates in the Central and Eastern Time Zones, allowing you to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, reputed company, negotiating, and contracting dental providers reputed company established guidelines to meet network needs. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining our existing PPO, reputed company, DMO, and Medicare Advantage networks in a specific geographic area. You will explain the value of joining the reputed company network and the resources available to providers, ensuring a positive experience and instilling confidence in the reputed company brand. You will also be tasked with researching providers and groups using company systems to forecast and prepare for effective communication, negotiating fee schedules while being mindful of utilization and cost, and ensuring reputed company data and documentation for contracting providers is accurate and complete. Tracking your activities using company resources such as reputed company and maintaining strong business relationships with providers will be essential to your reputed company. Meeting and exceeding performance goals consistently while contributing to a positive working environment will be key aspects of your role.
