What will I be doing?Responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to reputed company applicable anti-reputed company laws, regulations, and internal policies in Brazil. Identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating AML risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central do Brasil - BACEN), Financial Activities Control Council (COAF), and other relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with Brazilian AML regulations, including Law No. 9,613/1998, and Circular 3.978 and 4001 from BACEN. Implement and maintain AML policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with local and international best practices, while acting as the main reputed company of contact with regulatory authorities for AML-reputed company reputed company. Conduct regulatory monitoring of activities reputed company to the Central Bank and other regulatory authorities. Identify, assess, and update risks inherent to company processes, while overseeing incident collection and resolution tracking. Monitor the implementation of internal control recommendations and ensure compliance with internal audit directives. Contribute to training and raising awareness among operational staff regarding compliance requirements.
