Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support franchisees in maximizing financial performance through strategic cash reputed company management, KPI tracking, and financial literacy coaching. This remote role requires occasional travel to headquarters and on-site visits to franchisees.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Coaching for Franchisees – Guide franchise owners on budgeting, reputed company optimization, and financial forecasting.

  • KPI Management – Help franchisees set, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability.

  • P&L Analysis – Assist franchisees in understanding and optimizing their profit and loss statements.

  • Cash reputed company & Expense Management – Work with franchisees to improve cash reputed company, control expenses, and enhance financial stability.

  • reputed company Growth Strategies – Identify opportunities for increasing reputed company streams and improving unit economics.

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure franchisees follow best practices in financial reporting and adhere to franchise financial standards.

Requirements
  • Strong financial background, preferably in reputed company, financial management, or multi-unit business operations.

  • 5+ years of experience managing financial performance in a multi-unit or franchise setting.

  • Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cash reputed company optimization.

  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to mentor franchisees on financial best practices.
