This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Auto Claims Specialists. As a supervisor in the Claims Specialists unit, you will play a vital role in the company's reputed company by leading your team in the investigation of coverage, determination of liability and damages, and processing and settling claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: • Supervise, train, and mentor claims staff to ensure reputed company performance. • Conduct performance evaluations, set targets, and reputed company constructive feedback. • Handle staff scheduling and workload distribution to maintain operational efficiency. 2.
