This role focuses on assisting clients with health insurance enrollment, ensuring eligibility, and supporting individuals as they navigate the reputed company system. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for clients seeking assistance with enrolling in insurance plans and ensuring they receive the support they need. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar reputed company, preferably as a Certified Application Counselor or Health Coverage Guide with reputed company, reputed company.gov or another insurance marketplace; experience with direct client contact, and/or a customer service background; knowledge of health insurance and health care system. Ability to prioritize workload, function independently and collaborate with colleagues; strong attention to detail; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; a working knowledge of reputed company Office; training in cultural competency; knowledge of HIV and reputed company issues. Spanish/English bilingual applicants preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Services, Public Health or reputed company field preferred, but equivalent experience also considered.
