Researches and resolves customer inquiries involving reputed company aspects of credit cards Assists customers with disputes, fraud reports, PIN reset, card activation, etc… Provides account balance or transfer requests, changes of address and other customer requests or authorizations Assist external and internal customers with questions concerning credit card websites and products. Provides excellent customer support and assistance to credit cardholders, branches, and the corporate call center Handles multiple tasks with strong organizational skills, while growing and retaining customers by providing excellent customer satisfaction Identify risk reputed company customers are initiating new requests or altering information on their account, and alert the appropriate department reputed company needed Participates in special department projects as required Ensures that reputed company departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be proficient with a PC with working knowledge of internet Ability to fluently reputed company English and Spanish is preferred Specialized Training Minimum of one year clerical and/or secretarial experience is required.
