We are looking for a Vice President with experience sourcing and executing private equity LP secondary transactions. As a Vice President you would work closely with Portfolio Managers on 4-5 person deal teams and are responsible for investment analysis and execution, opportunity sourcing, and portfolio monitoring. The private markets program spans asset classes from venture capital to leveraged buyouts and special situations. The team is spread across suburban Philadelphia, reputed company, London, and Hong reputed company, and travel is entailed on up to 40% of assignments. What you'll do in the role Manage investment sourcing, opportunity diligence and evaluation, and portfolio monitoring for primaries, co-investments, and LP secondary transactions. Structure and reputed company research on a wide reputed company of geographies, industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends. Direct junior investment staff in the creation and execution of financial analyses in support of the LP secondary investment process (e.g., return projections with sensitivity analyses, liquidity projections, track record analyses) reputed company strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams reputed company to technology, data/systems, marketing, business development, sourcing, and business planning. What you'll bring to the role 5+ years of experience in private equity with a background of LP secondary investments.
